Chandani Chawk
Chandani chowk is such a beautiful place that you can hum,
"Chaudhavi Ka Chand ho..Aftaab ho...Jo Bhi Ho Khuda Ki Kasam, Lajawab ho."
It is a place made famous by visiting tourists and window shoppers.
However, you can do serious shoping here.
This is a place where ladies can find anything- right from wedding trousseau to gold jewellery!
It's also known as a happening place for refreshments be it famous Ghantewala Jalebiwala to local Bantey wala to famous Kababs selling Karim.
But it is good place for sight seers.
You can saunter around in a very care free manner and enjoy the beautiful Kataras.
Critics may rue that it lacks traffic sense or is quite congested but which place is not!
When noted Mughal Princess conceived this place for moon lit Bazaar, this was knwon for its splendour but thanks to post independence woes, all we can find is filthy streets and populated bylanes.
But donot go there as a critic but as a lover of Delhi!
I bet, if you seriously take my advice then you may have no qulams relishing Golgappas in front of a rubble!
